UN Youth Australia is powered by an incredible network of young people from all walks of life, and all across Australia.

We’re a young, dynamic and exciting organisation, opening up a world of opportunities for our members and volunteers. If you believe in the values of the UN or want to inspire and education young Australians, then you should become a member of one of our state or territory branches!

Our volunteers are involved in every aspect of our organisation. They organise and run our events, teach students, manage our administration and finance, run our marketing and develop new programs. They’re entrepreneurial, and care about creating a generation of young Australians who are engaged with the world around them.

Who can apply?
Membership is open to any Australian aged between 16 – 25 who wants to volunteer for the organisation, supporting our objectives. Our members:

– Are part of the largest network of young volunteers in Australia
– Actively participate in the events run by their local branch
– Run, shape and transform the programs we provide for young people
– Attend member-only local and national events
– Take on leadership positions in a range of areas

We are always on the look out for more people to join our team. If you’re looking for a chance to take real leadership in youth education, we want to hear from you. Check out the opening here, or get in touch with us directly.
